Before registering your team, ensure to review the league rules and regulations.
HOW TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM:
Team registration opens annually in August for the Fall (Sept-Jan) session and in December for the Spring (Jan-May) session.
Based on a division’s number of returning teams and available AISL Dome time, new teams can be accepted into the various divisions.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM’S ROSTER:
All teams must submit a roster before the season starts.
Teams may have up to 15 full time players on the roster at a time.
Team rosters can be modified (players added or removed) until the season roster freeze (up until but not including game day of your team’s 11/15 game).

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR PLAYERS:
Player registration opens annually at the end of August / start of September, and can remain open mid-to-late April.
A player registration with the AISL costs $25, and is valid for playing on a team in a specific division from September to May indoor season. This cost is paid to Ontario Soccer and Canada Soccer to support your membership programming, as well as your participant insurance.
At the start of the season, players should be registered a minimum of 5 days in advance of their first game. Don’t leave it to the last minute.
Players must be registered at least 1 day before being deemed eligible to play.
Note: Players that play in the Fall season do not need to re-register to play in the Spring season. They just need to pay their player fee to team manager.

TEAM FEES:
Team fees are inclusive of HST.
Team registration fee is $1850.00 per 15 game season.
For variable length seasons, fees are as follows:
– 18 games is $2225.00
– 17 games is $2100.00
– 16 games is $1975.00
– 15 games is $1850.00
– 14 games is $1725.00
– 13 games is $1600.00
– 12 games is $1475.00
The team fee is due in full 2 weeks before your team’s first scheduled game. Don’t leave it to the last minute.
As team manager, you determine how much your players pay towards the team fee, based on the number of players or part-time players.
METHOD OF TEAM PAYMENT:
The team manager should collect player fees and pay the team fee.
In-person payment can be made:
– At the Township of Beckwith Municipal Office, located at 2022 Beckwith Park Lane – new location, across from the outdoor turf field.
– The Township of Beckwith Municipal Office is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Accepted methods of payment are DEBIT, CASH, or a CHEQUE (payable to The Township of Beckwith).
Please note that at this time, we are unable to accept player / team fee payments via CREDIT CARD.
REFUNDS:
The AISL does not refund player fees.
As team fees need to be paid in full, the team that a player plays on will be responsible to arrange any player refund
e.g. find a replacement player who pays a cost to join the team, which is paid to the player whose roster spot is being exchanged.
